Come on in to read the gory details!

Well, I've asked Kathy to write something up for this about a million times and still nothing, so I guess it's up to me to write more of the saga...

We met online, that's right, through a computer dating website, somewhere around the beginning of 2001. It didn't take very long for us to realize we were meant for each other and that it was time to get on with our lives together. We were married on December 27, 2002 in a small private ceremony at a local place called Daffodil's (I highly recommend their Caesar salad, tossed right at your table).

We settled into life at Kathy's house in Kenmore where we made many renovations and updates including replacing windows and installing a Uni-Lock Patio in the back yard. While the house was beautiful on the inside, it's location left something to be desired for me (Scott). Having been raised in the "country" ("boonies" to you city folk) I yearned to return to a location where you aren't touching your neighbors house when you stick your hand out the window.

In early 2004 Kathy and I started more aggressively looking at houses when we were informed by our next door neighbors that they had purchased a lot on Grand Island and were building a house there. After looking for our "dream house", we came across a nice house with a "dream yard". It's a bit small on the inside, but a little renovation should remedy that at sometime in the future. Let me warn anyone who's thinking about it, don't move with a 4 month old!

We've settled in and most of the boxes are unpacked. I still spend too much time at the computer, and Max is growing like a weed. I always said that I never wanted children, but I'm thrilled I met Kathy and I'm ecstatic that we have Max. He's the best of both of us, all in one package.
